Our prices include end of stay cleaning, bedlinen, electricity and heating and are valid for the given number of persons per night.
For short stays until including 3 nights we charge an addition of 15%.
A supplement will be charged for every extra person per night € 20,00 - for children from 2 to 6 years
€ 10,00 and for children from 6 to 14 years € 15,00.
Taxes are extra.
On arrival day your rooms are available from 15:00 PM, on departure day we kindly ask you to vacate your rooms by 10:00 AM.
Cost per pet without food: € 7,00 per day.
Free for our guests:
- 20 % reduction at the swimming pool in Schladming
- fishing in the Weberlackn

Deposit of ¼ of sum at the time of booking, remainder by bank transfer before start of holiday, no cards, Court of Jurisdiction is in Schladming.

General conditions:
In the event of having to cancel your holiday eight weeks before arrival, we will refund your deposit (less € 50,00 administration fee). In the event of cancellations up to four weeks before arrival your deposit will not be refunded, in the event of cancellations within four weeks of arrival, late arrival or early departure we are within our rights to charge you for your complete stay according to Austrian Hotel Regulations. It is therefore in your own interest to take out travel insurance.
